I visited this restaurant, which I had been interested in for a while because it had high reviews. Perhaps it was because of the rain, even though it was a Friday, I was quickly guided to a counter seat without having to wait. The following items were ordered.・Beef stew half (400 yen) ・Tsukune with sauce (230 yen) ・Gizzard and salt (150 yen) ・Kokoro no kori with sansho sauce (180 yen) ・Goku chicken liver with salt (180 yen) ・Heart with salt (130 yen) ・Yagenkotsu/Salt (170 yen) ・Namachu (480 yen) ・Highball (390 yen) Beef stew is the type that has fat floating on the surface and does not cool down easily. Carefully bring it into your mouth to avoid burning yourself. Yes, it's delicious♪ It's not as thick as it looks and disappears in no time. ``Heart-stiffness'' seems to be what is called ``heart.'' I thought the sauce with Japanese pepper had a nice aroma and went well with it. I ordered the liver with salt, but unfortunately it came with sauce (the receipt said it had salt, so it seems like it was made by mistake). It has an orthodox sauce flavor unlike the Japanese pepper sauce. It's called "extreme", but that's about it... The texture of the meatballs is fluffy. I received a Namachu and a Highball, but I was a little disappointed that the size was smaller than a medium mug. The customer service is not bad and the prices are reasonable, so I felt it was a good place to stop by on my way home from work.
