焼きそばといえば日本一有名なお店あぺたいと
今やB級グルメで富士宮などいろいろありますが
もっと前から「B」を貫き通してるお店です
高島平に用事があったので久々顔出してみました
社長も細かくて多いメニューも変わってないようでホームに帰ってきた感じです
戸田に住んでいた頃は週3で通ってました
本店には狭い座敷があって会社仲間と毎晩熱い会議をしていたことを思い出しました
焼きそばに生卵のっけたり
両面パリパリに仕上げたり
今各地のB級焼きそばグルメのアイデアの元祖なのに
儲かっている感じがいつまでもしないのがいいです
焼きそばは1玉から2.5玉まで生卵の有無を選んでからの
丼ものから唐揚げ、カレー、刺身のセット
カロリー崩壊、健康とは程遠いくらいの茶色が輝いてます
食べ終わった後はグロスがいらないくらい唇が潤います
ただ不思議と重たさもなく
胃もたれ感も無くさらっと食べられます
最近カロリー制限なので生卵はやめときましたが
本当は生卵ありの方が美味しいです
わざわざ食べに行く価値のある焼きそば
