天狗・志村二丁目店界隈に用事がある時に度々利用しています。
駐車場もある店舗なので、車での訪店にも便利です。
今季気に入ったメニューの一つが、
「特撰牛もつ天ぷらせいろそば」(税込725円)。
あたたかいおそばもあり、どちらもおすすめです(両メニューとも同じ価格)。
牛もつの天ぷら、と言うのにまず心惹かれ、
私自身は牛もつ天ぷらと言うのを初めていただく機会になりました。
あたたかい方もせいろの方も、
天ぷらはつゆの中に入った状態で提供されます。
せいろの方は冬のメニューだけあって、つゆはあたたかいものでした。
ちょっと濃いめで七味が少し効かせてあり、牛もつ天ぷらに合います。
初めての牛もつ天ぷらはとても気に入りました。
天狗さんのおそばはお値段の割に美味しいので、
和食系ファミリーレストランの中ではおそばが美味しいお店としておすすめです。
おそばって、高めの美味しいおそば屋さんでも、
あたたかいおそばにしてしまうと、そのおそばの良さが曖昧になりがちです。
せいろじゃないと、おそばの美味しさが分かりにくくなるような気がします。
ところが、天狗さんのおそばって、あたたかい状態でも美味しさが消えないのです。
なので、あたたかいおそばを食べたいときは、
高いおそば屋ではなく、天狗さんがおすすめ！
