ランチがようやく始まりました！

洋風の食事も好きなのですが、
「がっつり」となるとアジア系を選んでしまうワタクシ。
ここ3日間のランチも韓国→タイ→中国とアジアを旅してきました。(笑)
まずは一昨日のお話。
先月オープンした板橋の「7Mac」ですが、
なかなかランチが始まらないまま時が過ぎました。
「11月よりランチ営業」と言いつつ、始まらないランチにヤキモキ。
そんな先週、ようやくランチがスタートしました。
早速、本日のランチに訪問。
メインを1品選ぶと6種類のおかずが60分制で食べ放題。
これはお得！
ビュッフェ台にはサラダ、キムチに加えて
ボリュームのあるおかずが並びます。
ビュッフェ台からおかずを取ってくると、
私の注文したチーズタッカルビが到着しました。
ライスとスープ付き。
（ライスのおかわりは有料なのかな？）
鉄板の上でとろけるチーズ。
美味しそう♪
おかずは豚キムチ炒めにソーセージ炒め。
さらに白身魚フライ、トッポギがありました。
まずはたっぷりの野菜とキムチで食欲に火を付けます。
いや～、野菜がたっぷり食べられるのってうれしいですよね。
豚キムチ炒めには自分でさらにキムチを追加しました。(笑)
ちなみにキムチは浅漬けタイプ。
私は古漬けの酸っぱいものよりこちらの方が好きです。
なので、キムチがどんどん進みます。(≧∇≦)ノ
チーズタッカルビは甘辛。
こちらも自分でキムチを投入して辛みを足してみました。
いや～、ご飯に合いますね。
ご飯が足りなくなっちゃう！
エンドレスで食べられちゃいそうな感じです。
おかわりで野菜やキムチなどを取ってきたのですが、
白身魚フライ→コロッケに変わってました。
ミカンもたっぷり食べてビタミン補給。
980円で大満足のランチでした。
他のお客さんの注文を見ていると、ヤンニョムチキンが人気でした。
次回はヤンニョムチキンにしてみよう～♪

[2023/11/10] Today's lunch is Itabashi. (lol) I went to "7Mac" which opened 5 years ago. It's been 5 years since I last visited. (@@;) As before, if you choose one main dish, you get unlimited side dishes. It's a busy lunch time, so 60 minutes is enough. The price has increased from 980 yen to 1000 yen. This time I chose ganjang chicken. I've been wanting to eat fried chicken ever since. (lol) I ordered yangnyeom chicken, but when I saw All-you-can-eat buffet table, I changed my order to ganjang chicken. Plenty of lettuce and namul. It's nice to be able to eat lots of vegetables. Be careful when eating piping hot ganjang chicken. The soy sauce sauce was sweet and spicy, and the batter was crispy. Well, it goes well with rice. (Laughs) It was quite difficult to eat slowly and resist the urge to eat all at once. The second side dish is also mainly vegetables. Just when I thought the chikuwa was gone, the hash browns came out. It wasn't very oily, but it's been a while since I've had hash browns, so I ended up eating two of them.
