週末の華金は以前行った大山に再び舞い降りて散策
前に大山に来たときに気になっていたお店の大衆サカバ39番地へ
大山から板橋区役所方面へ歩いていき、大通りに差し掛かる手前にお店があります。
店前から伝わる雰囲気の良い大衆居酒屋感。
注文したのは
ささみ刺 わさび
牛すじ肉豆腐 卵付き
胡麻ブリ刺
がりトマト
まずは胡麻ブリ刺から
旬のブリを胡麻で締めた刺身
そのまま頂ける味付けです。厚みのあるブリは脂のノリも最高で旨味を感じます。
わさびにつけてるのもよし、そのままよしと2種類で楽しめます。
続いてがりトマト
甘さのあるガリに塩っけのあるトマトがこれでもかと合う味付けです。
そしてメインともいえる名物牛すじ肉豆腐
見た目から伝わるおいしさ
しっかり黒く煮込まれた豆腐、牛すじに味付け卵が添えられてます。
ホロホロの牛すじ、柔らかい豆腐、濃厚な味付け卵
3種どれもたまらない味わい。
おいしさに感動します。
刺し系はささみ刺をチョイス。
わさび醤油につけるささみ刺は淡白で肉感たっぷり
