モンゴルと羊肉といえば
何度もお邪魔してるシリンゴル。
女性は巣鴨駅から徒歩10分くらいみて下さい。
閑静な住宅街の角に、明かりが見えたらお店です。
テーブルと座敷(2テーブル)があり、
座敷側に座ると変わらずモンゴルグッズがたくさん。
この日は演奏はありませんでした。
もしくは終わってしまっていたのかも...。
看板料理のチャンサンマハ(羊肉をゆでたもの)
は本当に美味しくて、手袋を渡されてナイフで削ぎ切りするのも慣れてきました。笑
あと絶対頼むのはバンシ(ラム肉の水餃子)。
テーブルにある中国の黒酢でさらりとジューシー。
今回初挑戦の羊の脳みそはしっかり茹でてあり
普段抵抗がある方でもいただける感じでした。
アーロール(モンゴル伝統チーズ)は思ったよりも
ヨーグルト系の酸味があり、少し甘い感じ。
食感はぽろぽろしていてお酒のつまみとは少し違うかも。
中国のお酒(白酒や紹興酒)もあり、
アルコール類は一通り揃っています。

巣鴨駅から徒歩約10分。

20時からは演奏があります。
恐らく初めてのモンゴル料理だったので、どんなものが...！？と思っていましたが、羊肉のメニューがたくさん！
テーブルには岩塩が置いてあって、パウダー状に自分で削ります。
テーブル席と座敷がありますがモンゴルっぽい帽子が置いてあってみんなで記念撮影しました。
モンゴルのお茶はチャイ＋塩を足した感じで、私は飲めましたが一緒に行った方は苦手だったみたいです。
どうしても多国籍料理は好みが分かれますよね。
好きだったのはラム肉の小籠包。
あとは、少し中華が混ざったようなメニューでした。
ラムはヘルシーですし食べ応えも十分で満足です！
モンゴルの珍しいお酒がたくさんありました！
初訪の1週間にまた行きましたが、今後も行きたいなと思えるお店です。

土日はコースのみの提供になったようで、今回はAコース（3,600円）をオーダーしました。
シリンゴルのスタンダードメニューが大まかすべて出てくるもので初めての方にはオススメです。
ここに来たら必ず食べたい「骨付羊肉岩塩煮」は全てのコースに入っているようです。
ミルクティーもコースに入っていてお得感がありました。
日曜日の19時から訪問しましたが、そういえばこの日は馬頭琴の演奏はなかったので日によってあったりなかったりするようです。
アラカルトではオーダーしたことがなかった、〆の麺やデザートの揚げパンもサクサクで美味しかったです！
