先週に引き続きのゴローめぐり
千石にあるモンゴル料理の店
1995年創業
放送前から、都内モンゴル料理の有名店だったみたい
土曜日当日予約テル、
遅めならということでインできたラッキー
放送から時間空いて、少し空いたのかしら？
他の口コミ同様で、千石の住宅地の真ん中
結構たどり着かない（笑）
店内は良い感じ、この店独自の世界観あり
頼んだ料理はAコース3600円
土日はコースだけみたいです
口コミに、1番安いので、お腹いっぱいになる、と
ここは従っておこう、従って正解でした
最初に、ホットミルクティーが供される
ツーテーツァイ
熱々のヤカンからどんぶりにジョジョジョと
何だか旅行に来た気分
これ、コースだと飲み放題みたい
コース料理
まずは前菜3品
その一つ、じゃがいもの千切り炒め
中華でよくあるメニューですが、ゴローも食べてた
あとは、豆腐ネギ炒めとモンゴルキクラゲ刺
モンゴル料理、勝手に辛い料理が多いのかと
思ってたけどそうでもない
次は、メインの骨付き羊肉の塩茹で
チャンサンマハ
茹でたて、熱々の湯気を立てながら登場！
ナイフで骨から引き剥がして食べる
あつ、あつ、と言いながら
ラムではなくマトン肉、クセのある香り
やっぱりラムよりマトンが好きかも
しかもこれ、脂いっぱい、ぷるぷるで旨い
ゴローも、これを美味そうに食ってたね
そして、水餃子と小籠包
ともに羊肉なので、クセのある香りが独特
あつあつ肉汁たっぷりでやけど注意です
このあたりで店内眺めると
モンゴルチーズなるメニュー
モンゴル人が那須高原でモンゴル伝統のチーズを
作ってるとか
ヨーグルトを水抜きして固めたものらしい
追加注文
パルミジャーノみたいな、いわゆるハードタイプ
ただ香りや味のキツさ無し、
ほのかにヨーグルトの香りがするくらい、ふしぎ
ミルクティーに入れて飲むんだとか、温まると
少し柔らかくなって、別の食感が楽しめる
コースに戻り、バラ肉とネギの炒め
バラ肉、柔らかくて、良い感じ
ネギとパクチー、羊肉合うね
このあたりで、みんなお腹いっぱいモード
締めの羊うどん
塩茹で羊肉のスープで作ったラーメンですね
中華式の手打ち麺、日暮里馬賊とかの麺に近い
デザートは、揚げパン
みんなが、モンゴルドーナツと言ってたやつかな
コンデンスミルクに浸して食べる
食べた後は、ツーテーツァイで口の中をさっぱりと
最初から最後まで羊のコースでした
羊肉のにおいが好きなので、先週のラム祭りとは
また別の満足感
あと、モンゴル料理、辛い料理に巡り合わず
塩で食べる、シンプルに美味かった
あ、少し気になったのは、お酒は現地なものが
コーリャン焼酎しかなかったことかな
モンゴルの人、飲まないのかもだけど、
ご当地ビールが飲みたかった
しかし、これだけ満腹なわりに、とても良心的な価格
良い店でした
馬頭琴の生演奏ですが、この日は無し
２日に一回くらいやってるそうです
うーん、残念
ゴローのメニュー、全部食べられず
次は、じゃんじゃん麺食べたいな
