毎年恒例の六義園の紅葉ライトアップ。
目の前のここで蕎麦前で軽く呑んで、燗酒で体を暖めてから〆蕎麦を。
いつもはここの冬の名物『鍋焼き蕎麦』にするんだけど、今日は新メニューを発見!!
『釜揚げ蕎麦野菜天つき』もしや!あの出雲で私がハマって毎日食べてたあれか??!と思って頼んでみた!
太いお蕎麦が鉄なべに入って出てきた!
出雲のそれとは違った。
出雲のは丼になみなみ蕎麦湯に浸かった蕎麦出てきてその丼の中に好みの濃さに蕎麦つゆを入れて食べるんだけど、こちらのは呑水に蕎麦つゆを入れてお蕎麦を浸けて食べるスタイルみたい。
それはそれで美味しかったんだけど、蕎麦湯ごと食す、蕎麦の香りぷんぷんな出雲スタイルのが絶対に美味しいな!
野菜天は、油苦手な私は舞茸1個だけ!
残りは相方に食べてもらった。
そして目の前の六義園へ、、
今年も一緒に観られてよかった。(^-^)
なんだかんだともう30年一緒に居るけど、お互いに無事で何より。
50過ぎると一年無事に過ごせる事が奇跡なんだと感じるね。
これからもずっとずっと元気で居てね!
