まず最大の特徴は、前菜の前の突き出しで5皿6品。一つ一つがシンプルですが、手抜きのない、どれも美味しいお料理です。
そこに更に前菜盛合せが9品。全て作り置きのものかと思いきや、ポレンタは温かく出来立てしゃないですか。
この時点でかなりお腹に溜まってきました（笑）
アド街でも取り上げられていたラヴィオリも絶品ですね。残ったソースも余すことなくパンにつけていただきました。
これでコース5500で本当に良いのでしょうか？
確かに高級食材をふんだんに使っているわけではないですが、非常に手間がかかっていますよね。
とにかく品数豊富で、どれもシンプルかつ的確なお料理で、シェフの強いこだわりを感じるお店でした。
掃除も徹底されていて、鏡は美しく磨かれ、ワインクーラーの裏までホコリ一つないとは恐るべし！
特別ゴージャスな内装というわけではないですが、上質を感じました。
