会社の先輩に誘われて、白山にあるあずまに。
今回は同じ仕事仲間と先輩と3名での来訪でした。
食べログのアカウントを持っていて50位投稿していたのだが、IDが無くなった模様で新しいアカウントを取ったので、初めての投稿扱いになってしまった。
あずまには以前から、何度も足を運んでいたが、仕事の関係で足が遠のいて本当に久々だった。
本来明日からスタートする秋のメニューを一日早くマスターの配慮で出してもらった。
松茸としゃぶしゃぶって自分の中ではてっぱん的な程の大好物。
そして久々かなぁ。
先付けや刺身楽しみながら、ビールと会話がすすむ。
そしていよいよ土瓶蒸しが登場。
ああ、この香りと出汁の味がたまらない。
そして、焼き松茸。しかも、これでもかってくらいの量だ。
そして、霜降り牛。たまりません。
やっぱり、チェーン店のしゃぶしゃぶの肉とは見た目も味も全くの別物。うーん久しぶりの美味しいお肉でした。
あまりに美味しかったので、肉だけお変わりしちゃいました。
そしてシメは松茸ごはん。もうこの時はテンションあげってて写真撮り忘れました。
大満足です。
自分も一緒にいった仕事仲間も実は料理関係の仕事をしているので、料理に関しては結構な辛口なのですが、これで5000円というのは本当にお得だと思いました。
自分の個人的な意見としては松茸としゃぶしゃぶの組み合わせが、ベリーグッドだと思いました。
自分も某有名日本料理屋で、25000円位だして「松茸懐石」なんか食べることもありますが、その時は本当に美味しいと思うのですが、まだまだ肉も食べたい世代なんで、松茸料理を食べれてお肉も食べれるなんて本当にうれしい限りです。
しかもリーズナブル。
久しぶりに美味しいはもちろんですが、楽しめた料理です。ごちそうさまでした。
