今日はあさから年末挨拶まわりにて、めずらしく文京区白山でランチ。学生街のうまくて、安いおみせをさがして、うろうろ。地下鉄から直ぐのところにある、あずま。ランチセットはすきやき、からあげ、焼さかな、肉じるうどんなど、全部890円企画！こう言う店は大当たりかそうじゃないかの２卓だからな。写真のすきやきを横見しながら突入だ！階段を上がるとレジがあり、中二階に下る階段と、3階に上がる階段がある。ランチ渋滞を経て、座敷へ通される。地元の人気割烹という造り。すき焼き定食を890円で発注。あまり待たされず、ぐつぐつと鉄鍋が運ばれてきた。初めの感想は”OH!”だ。鍋が居酒屋ランチサイズでなく、山梨のほうとうくらいあり、たっぷりのお野菜に薄切りながらしっかりした牛肉が何枚も折り重なっている。一発合格だ！玉子もきちんと一つあり、小鉢、香の物、デザートも連合軍で付いている。さて、、お味はというと、少し甘めの味付け。出汁と醤油というよりはゆでモヤシに甘砂糖だし、関西流？それにしても昼から900円以下でたっぷりご馳走になった。同行者の豚汁うどん、ゆかりご飯も、隣の奥様の焼き魚もボリューミーで大満足でございました！
