この日は珍しく巣鴨で一人飲み。駅北側の飲み屋エリアを廻って入ったのはこちら。
金曜の20:20頃でカウンターは若干の空席あり。
オーダーは、スーパードライの大瓶ともつ煮込みにもつ焼き5本セットとたこ酢。
もつ煮こみは濃厚で味濃いめ。好き。野菜は無し。
もつ焼きはしっかり火入れ。しろ・れば・たん・はつ・かしら。はつとかしらがお気に入り。
たこ酢は若干時間がかかりましたが、エッジも立って新鮮な歯応え。酢加減もよく実はコレが一番美味かったかも。
ちなみに、隣の海鮮居酒屋と経営が同じ様で、もつ系以外の料理はこちらからの提供ぽい。
大瓶2本でサクッと終了。ごちそうさまでした。
時々猫が店内うろついてて可愛い。さわりたかったなぁ。
