結論は、美味しかったです。
私は普通のチャーハンにして、
後輩は玉子チャーハン(塩)にして、
玉子トマト炒め、焼餃子、揚げ餃子を頼みました。
並んでいる理由が２つわかりました。
ひとつは、やっぱり美味いからです。
塩は、濃い味好きな自分には物足りず、
やっぱり普通のチャーハンが美味いです。
おかずのトマト玉子炒めもさっぱりの中に、
味がしっかりとありました。
揚げ餃子は、あんかけ餃子になっており、
餡は、天津飯の甘酢部分です。
魅惑でした。
並ぶ理由のもうひとつは、回転です。
ほぼに近いぐらい入替制にしてます。
お客様の大半はチャーハンを頼むので、
まとめて作ってます。
作りすぎた時は、炊飯器の横におき、
次の注文で炒め直し提供してます。
お客様が出たら入れる形に変えたら、
もう少し待ちは減ると感じますが、
入替にしても、誰かおかずを注文すると、
餃子、おかず、チャーハンの順にでるので、
どちらにしても待つのかなって。
町中華って、最近耳にしますが、
昔よく食べてたものなので、
まだまだたくさんあると思います。
色々と食べて、その店のよいとこを
見つけたいです！
