ラーメンは人それぞれ好みがありますからね。
でも、田端という場所ではありますが美味いと思います。
お勧めは味噌か鳥そば、味噌は麺にも良くあってるし濃さも丁度良いしチャーシューも旨い
鳥そばもさっぱりして美味しい。 でも、つけ麺はいまいち。麺とスープがつけ麺にすると
合ってなくて美味しくない。
餃子も美味しい。実はOPENから暫くは冷凍ではなかったと思うがその時が一番美味しかった。
味噌なら、ここか純蓮が好きです。
