タルト・ア・ラ・マンゴー＠ア・ラ・カンパーニュ アトレヴィ田端店
ケーキ類はあんまり食べないのに
田端駅の改札を出ると
いちごのタルトの看板に惹かれて
お店に入ってショーケースを眺めて買ってしまった…
疲れているのか甘いものが欲しくなった日（笑）
好きなフルーツのマンゴーのタルトを購入して
自宅に持ち帰って
アイスコーヒー入れて実食
マンゴーは品種は2種類
固めのタイプと完熟の柔らかめ
あとはスライスタイプがのって
マンゴーはどっさりでフィルム外すと
こぼれ落ちてきます
タルト生地は少し甘めで
カスタード・生クリームは甘さ控えめ
フルーツを活かす作りのような気がします
ただ、コーティング用のナパージュが結構甘かった…
バランスがもったいなかったなぁ。。。
結構近くにあるし
タルト食べたくなったら
また買いに行こう
