巣鴨駅アトレヴィ5Fにあるこちらのお店。
「じゃんじゃん焼いてガンガン食べるぞ〜！」という方には、正直向いてません。
・ポーション少なめ

・量よりも、間違いなく上質なお肉を食べたい
というご要望の方には、ぴったりはまる焼肉店かと。

を頂きました。
「和牛六種盛り」はいずれも上質な部位が2〜3ピースずつ。いずれもハズレのない美味しさです。
「熟成牛タン」は厚切り・薄切りそれぞれの美味しさが楽しめます。
「牛頰肉のスモーク焼き」は、モルト好き・燻製モノ好きな方ならぜひお試しを。しっかり燻された頰肉。個人的にかなり気に入ってしまいました。
接客も概ねきちんとしています。清潔感もあって、距離感をほどよく保った心地よいサービスぶり。
個室やカップルシートもあり。
デート・カジュアル接待などに、ちょうどよいお店ではないでしょうか。
