他にはお客さんナシ。
店員さんがテレビ観てます。
店員さんのお子さんがテーブルで宿題やってます。
「本格中華」のお店ではよく出会う、デフォルトな光景。
ド定番で炒飯を頂きました。が。
うーむ。
少なくともこのお店の推しメニューは、炒飯ではないな、と実感。
塩味・醤油味のどちらでもなく、
強いて言うなら「化調味」。
パラパラ・しっとりのどちらでもなく、
強いて言うなら「湿っぽい」。
うーむ。
あ、炒飯のお供に日本のお味噌汁が出てきた「本格中華」のお店は初めてでした。
個人的にはごくフツーの中華スープが好みです。
とりあえず、次回は炒飯ではないものをオーダーしてみようと思います。
あるのかなぁ、「次回」…。
