平日の夜に外食がしたく、近所にある「もつ焼たつや」さんへ伺いました。
平日ながら店内の8割ぐらいの席は埋まっていました。
ちょうど2名で入店することができ、まずは飲み物（ウーロンハイ）を注文させていただきました。
少し多めにいただきましたが、最終的には下記メニューを注文させていただきました。
・ネギレバ
・鶏だんご
・タン
・ネギ
・アブラ
・スタミナ串
・ニンニク
・軟骨
・うずら
・バラ
・シロ
どのメニューも非常に美味ですが、個人的なお勧めを挙げるとすると、ネギレバと鶏だんご、軟骨です♪
ネギレバはレアなレバーが非常に柔らかく、食べた瞬間に口の中でとろけます。
ネギの爽やかさと合わさることで、よりレバーの濃厚さが感じられます。独特の臭みも全く感じず非常に美味です。
鶏だんごは非常に柔らかくさっぱりとした一品、軟骨は柔らかく肉の旨味が感じられる部位と軟骨部分のバランスが絶妙でこれまた美味でした。
近所にある居酒屋の中で非常にオススメのお店です！
