家族で食事、そういえば牛星と山河は同じ系列で、2019年にチムニーに買収されたのだそう。ということで問屋直営かは疑問だけど、コスパはよくて美味しい。
家族で日曜日16時より予約して行く。
16時からのみ予約出来るけど、日曜日は田端店は予約しないと多少待ちができる。
こちらでの
さがりという横隔膜まわりの筋肉の肉が希少部位だそうだけど安くて美味しくて好き。
