■ハノイフォー
巣鴨駅近くのベトナム料理の店、ハノイフォーでランチをしてきました。
駅前の中山道沿いのビルの地下にあります。
■土鍋鳥ご飯セット
店名の通りフォーの専門店なのかなー、と思いきやご飯ものメニューもいろいろ。
ちょっと聞いたことない土鍋鳥ご飯をチョイス。土鍋というか、韓国料理の石焼ピビンバのアレです。
スープはフォーのもの。しっかり出汁が出ててシンプルだけど美味しい。
ベトナム料理といえばやっぱり生春巻き。前菜的に輪切りにされたものが揚げ春巻きと一緒についてきました。
2種類の春巻きを食べられるとお得な感じしますねー。
なんとなく直感が働いて、一緒にトッピングとして注文してた目玉焼きを鳥ご飯の上にON。
半熟の黄身を崩してご飯に混ぜていただきます。これが大正解。
鳥肉と卵が相性悪いわけがない。おこげのできたご飯にとろける黄身、鳥肉の食感と抜群の相性です。
なんで目玉焼きがデフォルトでないのかと思うくらい。
アレンジも楽しいベトナム料理のお店でした。
