The restaurant I visited yesterday didn't have the lunch special that was listed on the signboard, and I was disappointed, so I felt like eating more Vietnamese Cuisine. It was my first visit to the store and I was excited. When you enter the restaurant, you will be asked to sit wherever you like. I'm happy to be able to choose my seat. There were several groups of customers inside the store. We sat at a spacious table that could accommodate four people. Check out the menu now. This restaurant used to be a Vietnamese Cuisine restaurant called Hanoi Pho, but the name was changed to ``Kai-chan'' and it seems that while offering Vietnamese Cuisine, it has become a restaurant where you can also enjoy Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu items. It is characterized by its slightly spicy flavor, made with the famous chili pepper from Hue, the ancient capital of central Vietnam. The bowl is large and the volume is plentiful. It also includes my gluttonous partner's favorite dish, joppal (pig's feet).I ordered something called special pho at the restaurant I visited yesterday, but it didn't have that special feeling, so I ordered the beef pho from this restaurant and could enjoy the special feeling. What! ! ! ◇Fish and tomato rice noodles 1,100 yen (tax included) I wonder if the image can convey it. It's a huge volume. The noodles of rice noodles seem to be thinner than beef pho.
