商店街に入ってすぐ、少し横道入る
とげぬき地蔵のそばです
いつも大行列で

いつも、いちごミルク1100円
今日はショートケーキ風1350円にしよう

ふわっと山盛りの手削り氷
富士山天然氷極というのだそう
真っ赤ないちご蜜がたっぷり
その上に生クリームといちご
ふわっとエアリーな氷の口どけ良い
蜜はいちごの酸味あり、甘さひかえめ
そこに生クリームが良い相性
まぜながら食べる
食べていると中にもいちご、贅沢
かき氷屋さんのショートケーキ

自然の寒さで3週間かけてじっくりと
凍らせる富士山天然氷
そして、自然の寒さと太陽光電力を使って
より密度の高い単結晶の氷を作り出す

ゆっくり一定の温度で凍らせる事で
綺麗な単結晶の氷ができあがる
この氷は柔軟性があり溶けにくい
よりふわっとした食感になる
