パスタランチ二回目。今日は昼ピークを避けて13時近くに伺っているので、先客が2名しかいなく料理の提供も比較的スピーディーでした。

以前ビブグルマン受賞したことのあるお店らしい。ランチ営業は月曜日限定となっており、近所の人じゃなかったら利用のハードルが高いと思う。男性シェフ1人と女性スタッフ1人で切り盛りされており、60分の時間制限書いてあるけど正直お客さんの滞在時間は完全に店のオペ次第です。自分の場合、注文から料理の提供まで20分超かかったので、余裕を持っていかないと正直なかなか厳しい。
