I decided to keep going until I can forget this regret.
My friends were coming to Sugamo and we were planning to have a party for 8 people, but when I went to our sister restaurant "Chabana" the other day, I was shown the inside of this restaurant and immediately decided to have the venue here. This is my second time today as I have also come for a preview. The seats in the back are 4.4, but it's so far back that only people from the restaurant can pass by, so it almost feels like a private room. It was great that all 8 of us were able to get together and talk about the same topic. For 6,000 yen, you can drink all you want, and the wine is chilled so you can drink whatever you like. Since there were 8 of us, the wine flowed quickly, and we also drank beer, and between the 8 of us we finished 9 bottles. The quality and quantity of the food is perfect. From the moment I entered the store, I could smell the aroma of garlic, and I was happy when I realized that this was escargot on a baguette. I was so engrossed in the story that I had no idea what was going on with the fish pie, but it was delicious. I thought it was weird to make arrabbiata with dried daikon radish, but I have to imitate this. The pizza also had a thin crust and a lot of toppings. I think it's only natural that all of my friends who came were surprised at how good the cost performance was. Don't underestimate it just because it's Sugamo. Mr. Min, the Myanmar chef, has a wonderful smile, is a good cook, and is a good-looking guy...I feel embarrassed and frustrated that I didn't know about the restaurant, which has been open for 14 years, until this year. If I had known, I can't believe how many times I would have come here. There are counter seats, so even if you don't have someone to accompany you, you can come alone.

Min-san runs this shop almost by himself. I wonder how skillful they are as they serve delicious dishes one after another. Pain de Pis says he bakes it himself, and he's really good at cooking. The other day, I was feeling unwell and couldn't drink alcohol, so they had to give me hot water. At that time, Min-san took great care in choosing the menu, saying, ``It's best not to eat raw foods,'' and on the way home, she said, ``Take care of yourself.'' I've lived in Japan for about 30 years now, and I'm deeply impressed by this kind attention to detail, and realize that nationality has nothing to do with people's kindness. On this day, I had two boys with me, so we ate pretty well. The pork and lamb were delicious, not to mention the pasta...I wanted to eat one dish instead of sharing, but I just held back... The menu here has a wide variety, so you won't get bored even if you go there often. I'll be going again soon to see Min-san's smile and the food. It was really nice to have this store nearby.
