I stopped off at Sugamo for the first time in a while to try and find a new Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), I was told that it was temporarily closed.I had no choice but to do a quick search, read the reviews, and came across this restaurant! Today's order is selection appetizers for 1,000 yen, sautéed gizzard and mushrooms for 850 yen, margherita for 1,400 yen, and thigh confit for 1,300 yen.At first I thought I would order liver pate, but there was an appetizer platter, so there was a high probability that I would go for the platter. I expected it to be there so I played bingo lol The liver pate is very delicious, but is it made with dried radish (I think) stewed in a tomato base? I really liked the taste and texture. The sautéed gizzard liver was soft and delicious, but I think I would prefer it to be a little more oily and salty lol, but I think it's still delicious enough. The Margherita has plenty of cheese and the cheese itself is very delicious. This one is also a little too salty, but when you add the hot sauce from the store, it becomes just right! I think the confit is also very delicious with a gentle seasoning. I'm really happy that I can choose full body and drink it in a glass lol 2022.11.2 #3.13
