●「桜のモンブラン」 ５５６円税抜き
さくさくとしたクランブルをたっぷり忍ばせ、桜のシャンティー、クリームを組み合わせています
シャンティーの量がたっぷりで少ししつこいかなぁとも思いましたが、ほんのり塩味の効いた桜風味のクリームは美味しく、クランブルのサクサクアクセントもバランス良いです
大好きな桜スイーツが食べれて、結果、満足です＾＾

アーモンド風味のリッチな焼き菓子の上に、珈琲風味のムースと、チョコムースの組み合わせ
珈琲のほろ苦い風味と、ムースのほんわりとした口どけが好印象
チョコムースの甘さも気にならず、バランスの良いひと品でした
今回のチョイスは私好みの美味しさで満足でした♪
