2020年3月のとある休日の12時過ぎに訪ねた。
本駒込駅を出てすぐの場所にある中華料理店「福招門 本駒込店」。
結構広い店内は6割程度客で埋まっていた。
テーブル席に1人で座り「チャーシューもやし麺」¥750を注文。接客をする中国人の女性がかなりテキパキと客を捌いており、効率的な店舗運営がなされていた。
7,8分ほど待って提供される。
メインのチャーシューもやし麺にサラダとザーサイが付く。
チャーシューもやし麺はたっぷりのもやしに細切りのチャーシュー、ニラ、人参を加えて炒めたもの。
食べ応えがある具材とオーソドックスなラーメンの組み合わせ。
歯応えのあるもやしが良い感じ。ラーメン自体も麺がやや太めで食べ応えがある。
全体的にボリューム感があって、個人的に好みのランチ。
サラダが付いてくるので、チャーシューもやし麺に時折アクセントとして食べると効果的。
チャーシューは控えめな分量だが、この麺料理にとっては良いバランス。
750円という値段以上の満足度はあった。
食べている間に続々と来店客があり、休日の駅前中華料理店としてはかなり盛況であった。
