2002年12月に東京・巣鴨駅駅前に高木家デザート工房をオープン。
2016年2月にDESSERT ATELIER TAKAGIYAで移転リニューアル。
オーガニック・国産の自然素材にこだわった美味しい焼き菓子とデザートが楽しめるお店。100％植物性の材料だけを使用したvegan sweetsがあり、アレルギーや宗教上の理由、またはベジタリアンやヴィーガンというライフスタイル等、食に制限のある方とも同じものを食すことができるのが魅力のお店でもあります。
フルーツパフェ（1,300円）･･･焼き菓子やケーキは店内のカフェスペースが利用できます。娘と二人でパフェひとつの注文でも大丈夫との事で。フルーツパフェというには見た目にフルーツがさみしいかな。私も娘もヴィーガンではないので100%純生クリーム使用のパフェにしましたが、娘が小さい時は卵アレルギーなのかもと誕生日、クリスマスの時はケーキ選びに苦労していたっけ。
娘がほぼ一人で食べました。ゲンキニソダッタネ(^-^;
