4,5年前に会社の先輩に連れて行かれた地下のジビエの店どこだったか?といろいろ検索してたどり着いた駒込山鯨屋!天井低い洞穴のような空間に浪曲が流れてほのかに蚊取り線香の匂いが鼻腔をくすぐる。雰囲気最高です。ぶっきらぼう(に見えるが細かい心配りが憎い)なマスターが繰り出す獣肉の数々が美味すぎる。猪や鹿はもとよりカエルやカンガルーは食べたことありましたがワニのタン刺身は生まれて初めて食べました。思ったよりさっぱりして旨いッ!ゲテモノ的な意味でワニタンやスズメの姿焼ジビエに注目が集まりますが、普通の豚レバやハツなどのやきとんもレベル高い!鉄板の卵焼きや味変が感動する味噌煮込みなどもおすすめです。是非3〜4人でキンミヤボトル頼んであれこれ食べて見てください。
