前に一度お伺いした事が有りますので、今回で2回目の訪問です。
頂いたのは、以下の2点。
・抹茶のテリーヌショコラ 450円
→ホワイトチョコレートのテリーヌに（確か）河津産の抹茶がたっぷりと練り込まれているショコラです。
上の程良い甘みの生クリームにも抹茶パウダーがかけられており、テリーヌと合わせて頂くと、抹茶の濃厚な風味とクリームの甘み、ホワイトチョコレートテリーヌのしっとりとしたとろける口溶けが混ざり、とても美味しいです。
底はチョコクッキー生地です。
・ピスタチオのモンブラン 650円
→余りピスタチオのモンブランは見た事が無いと思いチョイス。
ピスタチオの風味が漂う柔らかいクリームの中に、フランボワーズが入れられたモンブランです。
そこのタルト生地はサクサクとしており、ピスタチオクリームが強くはない為、一緒に食べるとお互いの風味を消してしまう事なく、美味しく頂けます。
今回のケーキはどちらもかなり好みの味わいで、美味しく頂きました。
三島に移転したトロンコーニさんには、この前振られてしまったので、またリベンジしたいと思います。
