焼肉がめっちゃ食べたなったから行ってきました 笑
精肉やまとの直営店で国産の黒毛和牛を国産の備長炭で焼けるしカウンター席があるから1人焼肉も出来ますよっと。
カルビからハラミ、タン塩などの肉メニューがあって肉の量も1.5倍・2倍と増やせますよ。
ほんでご飯とわかめスープとキムチともやしナムルが付いてきます。
僕は相変わらず牛タン葱塩の2倍を注文してます 笑
牛タンは程よい分厚さにカットしてくれとってレモンつけて食うたら最高ですよー。
今度は肉も注文してみるかぁ〜 笑

OPEN当初はよく行っとったけど今回さしぶりに行ってきました〜。
精肉やまとの直営店で巣鴨が2店舗目らしいです。
好きな肉+定食スタイルで肉の量も1.5倍・2倍と増やせます。
僕はここではもっぱら牛タン葱塩の1.5倍もしくは2倍を注文します 笑
1人1人に七輪を用意してくれるし国産備長炭を使用とのこと。
牛タンは程よい分厚さにカットしてくれとってレモンつけて食うたら最高です。
ご飯・スープにおかず3品がついてます。
1人でも気兼ねなく入れるので是非！

This is a Matsusaka Beef Association "Meat Yamato" directly managed store where you can enjoy domestic black wagyu beef cooked with domestic binchotan charcoal. Kenko Co., Ltd., which operates restaurant, opened this Sugamo store following "Sumibi Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Restaurants Yamato" operated by Yamato Group, a meat wholesaler under the Kenko Group, and Iijima Shoji Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture). |
Located a 2-minute walk from the south exit of JR Yamanote Line Sugamo Station, this Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant is a charcoal-Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant called Yamato Sugamo Branch. I haven't been there much recently, but I finally made a visit. This is a directly managed butcher's shop where you can grill domestic Japanese black beef over domestic binchotan charcoal, and you can even Yakiniku (Grilled meat) by yourself at the counter seats. When I come here, I always order a double serving of Cow tongue with green onion and salt, although it's limited in quantity. A large serving of rice is free, and it comes with namul, kimchi, and soup. The salted tongue is cut to just the right thickness, and you can't go wrong with lemon and green onion salt! Of course it's delicious! It's great because you can just pop in and eat it quickly.
