This is a Matsusaka Beef Association "Meat Yamato" directly managed store where you can enjoy domestic black wagyu beef cooked with domestic binchotan charcoal. Kenko Co., Ltd., which operates restaurant, opened this Sugamo store following "Sumibi Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Restaurants Yamato" operated by Yamato Group, a meat wholesaler under the Kenko Group, and Iijima Shoji Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture). |
This restaurant is located inside the Yamanote Line. I went there after taking care of business in Sugamo. I entered the restaurant. There are counter seats on the right and table seats on the left. I ordered a set meal of 150g skirt steak and tongue and a lemon sour. The lemon sour was brought to me right away. I was thirsty after the sauna so I gulped it down, and it was delicious. I finished it in seconds and ordered more. The set meal was also served quickly. I grilled the tongue and dipped it in the lemon sauce and took a bite. It was good. The lemon sauce was a little too sour? Maybe it could be a little softer. The skirt steak was soft and went well with the sauce, and it went well with rice. It was delicious. I wanted to eat a little more, so I added half a serving of red meat. I was satisfied. It was close to the station, and it was less than 3,000 yen for just this. I think it's a good restaurant.
