Remarks |
This is a Matsusaka Beef Association "Meat Yamato" directly managed store where you can enjoy domestic black wagyu beef cooked with domestic binchotan charcoal. Kenko Co., Ltd., which operates restaurant, opened this Sugamo store following "Sumibi Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Restaurants Yamato" operated by Yamato Group, a meat wholesaler under the Kenko Group, and Iijima Shoji Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture). |
After an afternoon at the hot spring, I searched for this place and found that it was open all day. Unfortunately, it seems that it closed the day before I wrote this review (≧∀≦) This is a branch of the famous "Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Restaurants Yamato" in Koshigaya, which has a good reputation for its delicious meat. I wanted to go to this restaurant when I lived in Saitama ♫ I had high hopes because it is run by a butcher, but as you can see in the photo, the meat was not very fresh and the sauce was average. Although it has closed, the minced meat was so delicious that I think it would have been better to try this place. I think it's good to have a place like this where you can casually enjoy yakiniku by yourself, so I hope it will be revived in some form.
