店名の読みは「ジューシー」。
希少部位はジューシーで流石にハズレなしの旨さ。個人的に気に入ったのは、たっぷりの胡椒が効いた『大人のカルビ』
ありそうでなかった焼肉と胡椒の相性は新鮮、かなり舌も痺れる…が旨い。
他にハラミ、中落ちカルビも思わずゴハンが進んでしまう旨味。
