2023年11月のとある平日12時頃に訪ねた。
駒込駅から徒歩1分の場所にある焼肉レストラン「焼肉あぶる。 駒込店」。
程好い広さの店内には先客3名ほど。
テーブル席に1人で座り、ランチメニューから「ミックスホルモンランチ」¥990を注文する。
7,8分ほど待って料理が提供される。
トントロ、ハツ、上ホルモン、味噌タンの4種の肉が盛り込まれた皿にご飯、スープ、サラダ、豆腐、韓国海苔、キムチ、もやしナムルの組み合わせ。
目の前のロースターで肉を焼きながら、サラダをつまむ。甘めのドレッシングで焼肉レストランらしい味を楽しむ。
味噌タンを味わうと程好い歯応えを楽しむ。下味が付いているので、焼いてからそのままで食べても良いが、タレを潜らせてご飯と共に味わう。
上ホルモンは脂の甘みがしっかりと感じられて独特な美味しさが楽しめる。ナムルとキムチを一緒につまみながらご飯を食べる。
ハツは角が立っていて鮮度が良い感じ。食感が心地好いハツをタレで味わう。
トントロには脂がしっかり付いていることもあり、ロースターの火が盛り上がってすぐに焼き上がる。良いサイズ感のトントロをタレに潜らせてご飯に乗せて味わう。
アッサリしたスープを飲みながら、ご飯にタレの味が効いたホルモンをバウンドさせて楽しむ。韓国海苔でご飯を巻いて、豆腐をつまんでランチを満喫する。
ご飯とホルモンの量のバランスは良い感じ。おかずも色々付いてくるので楽しみながら食べることが出来る。
完食すると程好い満足感があった。1,000円以内で焼肉ランチを楽しむことが出来る「焼肉あぶる。」。駅から近くて利便性の高い店であった。
