近くにランチに立ち寄ったので、こちらでランチ後のカフェタイムです。
日曜日のお昼過ぎだったこともあり、店内は満席。
しばし外待ちです。
５分程度で店内に案内され、下記を注文です。
○苺あんバターパンケーキ １６８０円（税込）
○ハンドドリップコーヒーセット ４２０円
１個ずつ丁寧に焼き上げているので、提供まで結構時間がかかります。
２０分位で運ばれてきました。
運んでる最中から、パンケーキの揺れ方でわかるエアリー感。（プルンプルンと震えてます）
この震えを動画で投稿できないのが残念な感じ。
食べてみると、口に入れた瞬間しゅわわわわ～って無くなる感じ。
こんなに柔らかいパンケーキは他では決してない感じです。
美味しい。。。
あんバターや苺も合わせると美味しいんですが、これはやはり生地を極限まで楽しみたいので、３枚のうち一番上のやつだけ苺あんバター味で頂き、のこりはシロップと生クリームだけで頂いちゃいました。
究極にエアリーな絶品パンケーキ。
美味しく頂きました。
