巣鴨とげぬき地蔵、高岩寺近くのコスパ素晴らしい新店の和食屋さんです。
今回は巣鴨の蕎麦の名店「菊谷」の予約がかなわなかったところ、わざわざ「菊谷」の大将から、お電話頂き、もともと「菊谷」で、ご修行されていた方のお店ということで、ご紹介頂き、初訪問です。
菊谷の流れをくむ、お蕎麦がいただけるということで、即予約をしましたが、一抹の不安が……。
「和食屋」かー。
和食は、大好きですが、昨今はコースで1万円前後というのが当たり前ですよね。大丈夫か？
しかし、お電話して、一安心。新規開店企画とは言え、コースが何と2800円！
それに、お蕎麦をランチの軍鶏のつけ蕎麦に変更していただいて、お料理も、多少のグレードUPしていただいて、4000円のコースです。
先付け
「蕎麦がきと、蛸と菜の花の煮付け」
蕎麦がきは、軽く揚げてあり、香ばしい一品。
蛸も柔らかく美味しい。菜の花も食感を残した良い感じ。おそらく、それぞれ、しかるべき時間で炊き合わせたものです。居酒屋のいっぱい煮といて暖めたものとは、全く違います❗
これは、期待充分だ。
そのあとも、岩牡蠣、鰆とホウボウなどの刺身、太刀魚の焼き物、そして、軍鶏の炭火焼き、しろえびのスープ、お待ちかねの軍鶏のつけ蕎麦と
「本当にこの値段で大丈夫？」と思う程の逸品揃い‼️‼️‼️
追加で軍鶏のタタキも頂き、お腹いっぱい。
今回はノンアルコールの日でしたので、良かったですが、飲みながらだったら、お蕎麦は普通のコースのお蕎麦で、充分ですねー
どの料理も、出汁の旨味が引き立つ、濃くもなく、京料理のように薄くもない、良い塩梅です。
これは、食事でも、良し、一杯やりながらでも、良しです。
この料理を出して、「食堂」と名ずける、店主の心いきに、感動です。
これは、再訪決定ですね
