相方がジンギスカンを食べたいという話だったので、
地蔵の町の巣鴨にて、ジンギスカン屋さんを探すことにした。
駅からは非常に近くて、立地的にも完璧だったり、
友人の紹介で勧められていた店でもあった為、
訪問を決めることとなった。
今日はノンアルコールデイということで
ホッピーの外から注文する事にした。
ドリンクも速攻で来るのは頼もしい。
相方は梅酒のお湯割も頼んだ
とろっとしてて良い梅酒な感じがしたみたいだ
お通しの枝豆はプチッとした安心食感である。
量もあり、そしてジンギスカンとの食べ合わせにもかなり良かった。
まずはジンギスカン、
店員さんが野菜の盛り付けや
ラムの脂を引いてくれるなどの準備をしてくれる。
こうして何でもやってくれるというのはありがたい限りだと思う。
焼きあがりを待っている間も、ラムの良い香りがしてきて、
食欲をそそられてくる。
エプロンや匂いのつかないための袋などもあり、お客さんに対する配慮が素晴らしいね
まずラムを頂いてみると、肉の柔らかさと
強い旨味がしっかりと伝わってくる。
臭みや癖などは一切なく、逆に美味しさが凝縮されているといった
印象さえ伝わってくるくらいだ。
肉を食べている喜びとか豪快さも伝わってくるね
ラムが苦手なほうである自分さえもここまで美味しいと思うくらいだから、
好きな人にとってはよりたまらないであろうと思う。
事実ラム好きの相方は大喜びで食べてたしね。
たれの味も濃厚だけど、しつこすぎない味わいで、
この肉や野菜を完全に生かし切っていたと思う。
特にたまねぎは卓上のトウガラシやニンニクとあわせ美味しくいただけた。
ラム肉の美味しさが野菜をコーティングしてくれるので、
元々品の良い野菜がさらにおいしく感じられたと思う。
パプリカが入っているのもおしゃれだし、食べ合わせの色合いも良くなりいい感じだね
もやしナムルは新鮮で瑞々しいもやしの食感に加えて唐辛子とごま油の味わいが良い
ラムとの食べ合わせにはまさにさっぱりを入れてあげる感じで必須に近いと思った。
玄米も頂いたが、ラムの味にぴったりなサラサラの食感が美味しく
脂を流しながらも肉の旨味をさらに引き立たせてくれる感じがした
黒豚粗挽きソーセージも美味しい
肉のギュッと詰まった感じがゴージャスで、歯で噛んだ時の肉汁の出方が市販のものとは全然違うので驚いた
お味はまさに肉の旨味トロピカルジュースだ。
イベリコ豚の肩ロースもいただいた。
豚肉とは思えないさっぱりした感じもありながら、食べてみると濃厚な脂の甘味が美味しかった。
サシの入っている部分が綺麗なお肉ということもあり、旨味がしっかりしていて脂と赤身のバランスが良く美味しかったな。
野菜との食べ合わせも美味しい
すっきりと最後を締めるのにおすすめはゆずのシャーベット
スーッと広がる柚の香りが上品で甘さについても控えめないい味わいであった。
食べていると肉の脂が引いていくような感じで、なるほどと思わず納得だね
お店に来てみて、ジンギスカンはこんなに美味しいんだと
感心してしまうくらい素晴らしい食体験であった。
そしてジンギスカン以外も美味しいお肉や品物がそろっているのは、
じっくり食事を楽しめてよかったな。
店員さんも丁寧な説明とスピーディーな配膳で、
安心感がある。
ジンギスカンを食べるなら、次回もここかな
また新しい引出しを見つけてしまった
