北海道で食べただるまのジンギスカンが
忘れられず、急に都内でジンギスカンが
食べたくなる夜。。。
巣鴨に新しく出来たジンギスカンのお店に
友達といってきました！！！
駅から徒歩二分と好立地。
店内はとても綺麗です。
まわりは会社帰りのサラリーマンや女性で
ワイワイしていて楽しい雰囲気♡
1人で来ているおじさまも居て、色んな
人がいる良いお店。気軽に入れます！！
まずはジンギスカンのセット（1000円）
を注文。一般的なお肉、玉ねぎなどの
基本のセットです。
ジンギスカンにはビールかな(*´ω｀*)
ジンギスカンが到着し、焼き始める。
店員さんが色々準備してくれたり、
食べごろを教えてくれるのでとても楽。
お肉は焼きすぎない方がいいんだって！
焼き目がついて、備え付けのトリュフ塩
で一切れ…おいしーい♡
臭みもなくて最高です！！！
そして、醤油ベースのタレもとっても
美味しい！！バクバク食べちゃう。
追加で、店員さんオススメの
ラムチョップと上ラムを注文。
ラムチョップは想像以上に大きくて、
テンション上がります！！！
来たら注文したほうがいいヽ(=´▽`=)ﾉ
こちらはハサミをもらって
チョキチョキきって食べます。
骨周りはかぶりつき（笑）
上ラムは、普通のお肉よりさらに
臭みが無く、そして柔らか〜い！
おいしーい！！
最後に、イベリコ豚とあっさりしたので、青ネギ盛り
イベリコ豚は脂も多いですが美味しい
そして、あっさりした青ネギ
これ頼んでてよかった！！
色々食べて大満足♪
都内でこんなに手軽にジンギスカンが
食べれるなんで感激して、リピしそう。
