仕事終わりに友人との飲みでこちらへ。
巣鴨の賑わってるゾーンの真ん中あたりに
お店がありました。
店内は広めのテーブル席がならんでおり、
ゆったりと座れます。
席に着きビールで乾杯。
ジンギスカンのセットを注文。
追加で、塩キャベツも。
すぐに、塩キャベツが運ばれてきました。
往年のやつ。
キャベツに塩ダレと昆布のおいしいやつ。
ビールがすすみます。
程なくして、ジンギスカンのセットも運ばれてきます。
鉄鍋に羊のラード。
あたたまるまで少し待って、
お肉を焼いてきます。
つけダレは醤油ベースにネギのミジンが入ってて、
食感が追加されておいしいやつです。
その他にも、岩塩・唐辛子、にんにくもあります。
最初はつけダレから。
たっぷりつけて一口。
うまいっすねー(^^)
臭みはなく、ラムの風味がすっと。
筋っぽくもなく、美味しいですね♪
続いて、塩のみ。
これはだいぶさっぱりな印象に。
けど、塩がラムの旨味を引き出していきます。
途中でラムチョップと上ラムも来たので焼いてきます。
上ラムの方は、サシが少し入っててキレイです。
口に入れると、脂が溶け出し、赤身の旨味も濃く、
通常のラムよりも旨さを実感できますね〜〜
にんにくをつけダレにつぶしていれると
さらに香りが強く感じるようになります。
にんにくのコクも良いですね。
ラムチョップは1個でめちゃ大きいので
食べごたえたっぷり。
厚切りですが、さっと噛み切れる新鮮さ。
臭みはなく美味しいです！
ハサミも用意してくれていますが、
アニメみたいにかじりつくのもおすすめです♪
最後にお店の方がオススメしてくれたイベリコ豚の肩ロース。
こちらもサシがしっかり入ってます。
一口サイズにハサミでカットし食べていきます。
ラムとは違う脂の質。
すこしこってりと、口の中を甘い脂が回っていきます。
ビールとよく合って美味しいです。
個人的には、玉ねぎと一緒に食べると、
さっぱりもしますし、玉ねぎの甘みと
絶妙に合うので、試してほしいですね♪
ジンギスカンとしても楽しめますし、
テーブルが広いので飲み会でもいい感じで使えそう。
他のエリアにもあるようなので
見かけたら立ち寄って見ようと思います。
