超成熟した大人の街、巣鴨にあるジンギスカン専門店。
下町散策の帰りに食事に寄りました。
JR巣鴨駅北口からロータリーの対岸に渡りマツキヨとガストの間の路地を入って100mほど進んだ右手、駅から徒歩1～2分の立地です。
入り口から奥へ向かってテーブル席がずらーっと横並びに配置され、壁に向かったカウンター席や個室風に区切られた席もありました。
みんなでワイワイやるタイプのカジュアルな雰囲気です。
匂いや煙が気になる上着などは用意されたポリ袋に収納して焼く準備万端！
先ずは生ビール(580円）で乾杯～
オリジナルのジョッキで泡加減、冷え加減ともいい感じでした。
お通し(350円）は茹でたての枝豆。
硬めに茹でられこのままでも焼いて食べるのも良いです。
注文したのは

野菜とラム肉のセットをまずは人数分頼んで他の焼き物を追加していくのが定石のもよう。(強制ではありません）
赤身のフレッシュな生ラムは肉肉しくも羊特有の強いクセはなくあっさりと食べやすいです。
このクオリティの生ラムが野菜やタレ付きでこの価格なら買って食べるより安い。
並でも充分な美味しさでしたが上ラムはまた脂を湛えた柔らかさが格別でした。
ラムチョップは骨に付いたワイルドなラムの風味が味わえてこれはラム好き必須の一品。
セットの野菜が足りなくなり追加したどっさりもやしは本当にどっさり！
ラムやソーセージの肉汁を吸って良い仕事してくれました。
もやしはデフォで頼むべし！
ラムに使ったタレはほうじ茶で薄めて〆のつけ麺のつけだれに利用します。
ラムの風味が溶け込んだタレで食べる麺は格別でここでしか食べられない美味しさ！
この締めも外せません。
この価格帯にして上質なラム肉を充分に堪能できるのは嬉しい限り。
接客も丁寧で帰りはお見送りのうえファブリーズのサービスまで。
近くにあったら定期的に通いたくなるお店でした。
