巣鴨駅から徒歩2分ほどのところにある「金のジンギ」です！
（隣の串焼き屋さんとは同系列のお店らしく、店員さんが行ったり来たりしていました(^▽^)/）
この日は休日の18時くらいに行ったのですが、19時を過ぎたあたりからファミリー層やカップルのお客さんが多く入ってきていましたよ～～。
●スタートメニュー（1,100円）
食べる際は、このあっさりとした少しトロみのある甘めのタレで♪
卓上にはセルフにんにくおろし器もあるので、（次の日の影響が怖くない人で）かけたい人はそちらも一緒にどうぞ！！
タレの甘みももちろん美味しいですが、オススメはこれも卓上にある「トリュフ塩」で大人な感じでいただくこと♥
トリュフの風味豊かさと、新鮮なラム肉の臭みのないあっさりとした味が絶妙なコンビネーションです!!
玉ねぎやパプリカの甘さ×シャキシャキの食感は言わずもがな…
●ラム肉のたたき（660円）
まるでローストビーフかのようなくちどけなのですが、後味もあっさりとしていて全く臭みがないんです
この映えるカラーもいいですよね～～～。
●どっさりもやし（429円）
やっぱりジンギスカンにはこのビジュアルが必要ですね～～～。
ラム肉の残った肉汁をほんのりと吸ったしなしなな食感が最高なんですよね～～～
口休めにも最適な、最強な野菜。それがもやし！！！！
●ラムミスジ（1,210円）&ラムレバー（660円）
このキラッキラ光る光沢感…。まるで作り物のようです
脂身が少ないミスジは、柔らかい食感が特徴。
割と厚めにカットされているので噛み応えもあります◎
レバーは、ラム肉を食べている感じがしないほどの濃厚さ！！
臭みもまったくなく、ぎゅっと中身が凝縮されているような印象。
どちらの部位も初めて食べたのですが、さっぱりとした後味と「なんだかヘルシーな気がする」という気持ちからか、パクパクいけちゃうほどの美味しさでした
