巣鴨駅からすぐのこちら。
何度も前を通るけど入らなかった。
だっていつも食べるのは池袋の有名店。
飲み仲間とジンギスカンを
と考えたら池袋の店は狭いし
コロ○も心配だしね。
食べ放題と飲み放題で。
丁寧な説明を受けます（出来る女の子）。
飲み放題はグラス交換制。
追加のお肉は人数分まで。
3人なので3人前までの注文。
提供皿に肉が有る時は頼め無い。
〆のつけ麺を頼むときは
同時に肉は頼めないなど。
なんか着けにくいエプロン。
まずは
生ビール（旧スーパードライ）。
ハイボールは髭。
ジンギスカン鍋が置かれ
モヤシと少ないピーマンと玉ねぎが
置かれてるので肉を次々のせます。
皆さんが書いてあるように
羊肉は癖が無い。
肉厚にカットしてあり食べごたえある。
タレの味が弱いので辛味とニンニクを。
希少部位も。
レバー、タン、ハツ。
レバー
見た目から色が悪い。
もちろん味も予想を上回る。
今年1番まず○レバー。
タン
薄めに切られたタン。
ほぼ味もしません。豚タンの方が旨い。
ハツ
見た目は良いが鮮度が悪い。
ヨレヨレで歯応えすらない。
希少部位は
お代わりすることは無い。
味付きジンギスカン
細切れ肉ばかりなので
食べた感も無し。
ずっと追加肉のみに。
俺らだけだったので
ドリンクも料理も
早く持ってきてくれるのは良いね。
キビギビ働く女の子が居なくなり
初心者のバイトが来てから厄介に。
俺らしか居ないのに
ドリンクお代わりしたら
なかなか持ってこない。
あれ？さっき頼んだ飲み物は？って
確認したらキッチンに戻り
それでも持ってこないから
呼んだらなんと！
グラスが無いので回収させて
下さいとのこと！

〆のつけ麺は
食べてたつけダレにお茶を入れて
それで食べます。
麺自体が旨くないので
ご飯の方がおすすめ。
綺麗な店と広い店内は
居心地良いから池袋の店よりか
良いけど
味だけで言ったら池袋の足元くらい。
涼しいうちに池袋行こうかな。
