本駒込 豊栄《麻婆豆腐》
2016年4月に文京区小石川でオープン､オーナーシェフ進藤氏による上海料理と四川料理を融合したオリジナルの本格中華料理を味わえる人気店。
ミシュランガイドのビブグルマンに2018〜2022と5年連続で掲載。2022年11月からは現在の本駒込に移転オープンされています。
水木定休を除く､営業は月火金は夜のみ17:30〜(L.O.21)22時。土日祝は昼の11:30〜(L.O.13:30)14:30と夜は17:30〜(L.O.21)22時でコースとアラカルトから。
同時に現在は火曜のランチタイムのみ定食形式な「本日のランチ」として3〜4種類のメインを手軽に楽しめ､麻婆豆腐ファンとして豊栄さんのを是非味わいたく訪問。※臨休あり要インスタcheck

C. 黒酢の酢豚
D. 数量限定 土鍋焼き御飯
それぞれ前菜3類・スープ・ライス(おかわりOK)付き。注文は勿論「A. 麻婆豆腐」。
この日は酢豚と土鍋の用意が先で､麻婆豆腐の配膳は12:11。前菜3類は蒸したテイストの海老に鷄胸に野菜の和え物風とジャンローポウ(大根の中華漬け)､いいアクセント◎
麻婆豆腐は私的に麻辣の麻は控えめに､辣を円やかにかつコク深く仕上げられたような味わい､多層性も感じつつ味がバシッと決まっていてめっちゃ旨い❣️ 素人ながらにも一級品のソレだと感じる。
玉子の中華スープも美味しく頂きました。

因みに隣の男性がメイン2種類を選んでたので「おかずは単品で1つ追加出来るのですか？」とスタッフの女性に尋ねたら､それはNGで隣の男性は単純に2人分頼んでてめっちゃ食うなぁと笑
ご馳走様でした♪
