最後の訪問から数年経過していたようで、移転後初訪問。通りすがりで列なし。すぐに入れそうだったので即入店。
平日振休ありがたや〜。
久しぶりなので160グラムのスタンダードにデミグラスソースを注文。
すぐにサラダとスープが運ばれてきます。
このサラダのドレッシングが美味しいので販売して欲しい〜。
そして野菜たっぷりのスープに胡椒を少々挽いて楽しんでいるうちにジュージューと音を立てて運ばれてくるハンバーグ。
まずはそのまま一口。
肉肉しさと香りがダイレクトに伝わり文句なしの美味しさ！
次は胡椒を振って、そしてデミグラスソースを回しかけてと味変をしているうちに付け合わせの立派な野菜も含めてあっという間にご飯も完食。
こちらのデミグラスソースは旨みがありつつも肉の味を際立たせる絶妙なバランスで大のお気に入り。
次はクィーンサイズにすると心に決めた久々の再訪でした。
