食べログを見ずに、ノールックで訪問。
以前、豚丼屋だった場所が鰻屋になりました。
新鮮な活鰻を目の前で〆めてご提供。
子どもの頃、鰻の名産地・柳川の近くで生まれ育ちました。「ちびっ子・鰻の掴み取り大会」で一度に三尾をゲットして、田舎のお祖母ちゃんが鰻を蒲焼きにしてくれて食べた思い出があるんですが、鮮度が抜群な鰻に勝る物はないんです。
捌きたての鰻がすぐさま串に通されてパタパタと焼いてもらって、良い香り〜
先に鰻肝串が焼き上がったので、熱いうちに頂きましたが感動の味。
今回は並鰻定食にしましたが、隣の席の常連さんは鰻重でした。
秘伝の生山椒味噌がアクセントで二度旨い。
お世辞抜きで最高に旨くて、生きてて良かったです。
休日に小学生も連れてきますと店主に伝えたら快くOKしてくださいました。
最高すぎます。
ここは隠れた名店ですね。
遠征して食べるよりも、都内はここで満足です！
