日本料理、鰻専門店数店で働かれていた店主が、今年4月に新しくオープンしたお店
事前に予約して伺いました
オーダー受けてから捌いて炭火で焼き上げる蒸しなしの地焼きです
カウンターだとライブ感覚で、待っている間も楽しめます
この日は、鰻2尾を白焼と蒲焼で味わえる食べ比べをチョイス
地焼きならではの、サクッとふっくらした食感で、あっという間にペロリ黒猫♪
ごはんが羽釜で炊いた炊きたてで、ウマウマ倍増でした
