至福の時間ココにあり。
このお店はネット予約出来るので
予約してから初詣の帰りに寄りました。
お店に向かう前から食欲をそそる
香りと煙がたまらんですぅ〜♪
入店すると先客が丁度出た所で
タイミング良く注文まで出来ました。
黒ラベルをちびちび呑みながら待ちます。
カウンターなので捌きから全ての工程を
観る事が出来るので飽きません。
備長炭で焼いているので
中フワ外カリが他の店と違いますし
タレもスッキリとして夢中で食べました！
生さんしょう(味噌と山椒を和えた物)も良い！
ご飯もたっぷりです！リピ決定だな♪
ただ店主がワンオペで捌いているので
タイミングで待ちが長くなる恐れがあります。
この日も後から3組入り大変そうでした。

今週は花見日和ですが
こちらの鰻が食べたくなりネット予約しました。
今回は食べ比べコースを頼んだので
ビールを呑りながら
おつまみや串など色々な部位を堪能しました。
コレがまた仕事を見ながら出されるので
旨いのなんのって！たまらんなぁ〜♪
そしてお待ちかねのメインの白焼と蒲焼♪
もう言う事無し！鰻は炭火焼きでふわパリ！
ご飯は羽釜で炊いているので相性バッチリ♪
少々お時間頂いても食べたいお店です！
