白山駅付近にある
かぶとさんで
少し修行された人の
お店に行きました。
こちらは
腹開き、串打ちです。
東京で
地焼きの鰻が
食べれるのは
レアです。
ちなみに
かぶとさんは
背開き、竹串で
焼き台も条件も
ちゃいますね。
注文は
バラ焼き
くりから
ヒレ焼き
蒲焼きと白焼きの食べ比べ
値段忘れましたが
12000円くらい？
この日は
浜名湖の鰻らしい。
注文から
捌いてくれる
オープンキッチンスタイルで
大将1人で
切り盛りされてました。
カウンターから
見えてしまいましたが、
白焼きと蒲焼きを
同じ串で焼くとはねぇ
タレの味が
付いてしまいますやん。
少しテンション
ガタ落ち。
更に
「頭付けてください」って
お願いしたけれど
串に刺さった
えりの部分が
提供された。
いやいや
確かにアタマですけど
ウチが求めてる頭っていうのは
捌きたての
関西焼きなら
頭落とさないで
そのまま焼いてくれ
っていう意味なんですけど。。苦笑
なんか
通じてない^^;
出て来た料理は
よく焼かれていて
良かったけど
見た目がイマイチ
美味そうに見えない。
白焼きなんて
煤焼きか？って感じ。
しかも
カットが多過ぎて
食べた気にならへん。
タレは
少しだけ
かぶとさんの名残が
あるんですけど
なんか
この腹開きに金串ウチには
合わないんですよね。
焼き色にムラあるし
まだまだ
これから
という感じ。
