A rare local grill shop in Tokyo
While I was taking a walk, I went to [Unagi Nakajima]. When I looked into it, I found out that the owner of this restaurant had been trained at Kabuto, a famous eel restaurant. So, the style is to prepare the eel right in front of you. I ordered grilled fillet and grilled liver. Barami Kurikara skewer Upper Unaju The grilled food was thoroughly grilled with charcoal.During the grilling process, I was able to see the head and heart of the eel that was still moving after being removed.The portions of the kushimono were larger than Kabuto's.Medium The eel was juicy.The liver had no taste and didn't feel like I was eating liver.The eel was heavy, but the eel was quite thick and satisfying.Contrary to the reviews (Is it improved?)The rice was drenched in sauce. The eel sauce had a mild and gentle taste.There was eel sauce on the table, so you can add it as well.It might be a restaurant I look forward to in the future.Thank you for the meal.

場所は白山駅から徒歩10分ないくらいだと思います
この日はおすすめを出していただきました
串焼き

肝(天然養殖)
白焼き(天然養殖)
蒲焼き(天然養殖)
天然鰻があったので養殖と食べ比べでお願いしました
天然が美味しかったのですが養殖も負けず劣らずのおいしさでした
今回はしっかり火が入ってる感じがあって良かったです
また地焼きが食べたくなったら行きたいと思います
